
*A maximum of 2 sets of receipts can be used. To be eligible for redemption, the original machine-printed merchant invoice(s) and the corresponding electronic payment slip(s) must be presented simultaneously.
*This campaign only accepts consumption receipts from shopping and entertainment merchants (excluding supermarkets). Receipts from all dining merchants (including restaurants, cafes, and food malls) are not accepted. The definition of merchants shall be subject to the official classification of Hopewell Hill; please refer to the Hopewell Hill official website for details.
*Hopewell Hill includes Hopewell Mall, QRE Plaza, 163 QRE, Wu Chung House (Retail portion), and GARDENEast (Retail portion).
*Each valid consumption receipt can only be used to participate in the redemption campaign once and cannot be reused.
*The member profile page on the Hopewell Club mobile app must be presented upon redemption (instant download of the app and registration as a member is welcome).
*Gifts are distributed on a random basis and cannot be selected or exchanged.
*Gifts are available in limited daily quantities and are on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. No prior notice will be given once gifts are out of stock.
*All gifts (including external packaging and contents/cards) are distributed on an "as-is" basis. Hopewell Mall shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or card condition issues (including any defects or scratches) after redemption. No re-issuance, return, exchange, or compensation will be provided.
